•   Serves as a main contact person to manage questions related to operating procedures and its quality. Build robust interface with key stakeholders of various disciplines to develop, review and approve procedures per project schedule.


•   Assist procedure writers with a search of latest versions of required project materials including P&IDs, operating manuals, etc.



•   Lead the quality control activities for operating procedures based on the required project information:

Serve as a checkpoint for the changes related to P&IDs.


Verify that correct and most up to date version of drawings are used and appropriate reference is given in operating procedures.

Verify that operating procedures are fit for purpose, technically accurate and designed to improve Human Performance.

Ensure operating procedures comply with technical writing guidelines.

•   Conduct quality sessions and share lessons learnt across all team.

•   Analyze gaps in procedure writers’ skills in reading and interpreting P&IDs, technical writing and address them accordingly.



•   Develop operating procedures when an additional resource is required.


•   Consult FGP personnel regarding operating procedures & ORDHH inquires.


•   Perform additional tasks when required per department needs.

Job Requirements


Education:
•   Higher technical education in Oil & Gas sector.

Work experience:
•   Must have no less than 7 year technical work experience in Production Operations, Facilities Engineering, Drilling, preferably in a role that developed operating procedures.
•   Technical writing experience.
Knowledge of:
•   Operating procedures standardization process.
•   Base Operations process equipment purpose/use.

Soft Skills:
•   Detail-oriented.
•   Excellent communication and team-work skills.
•   Excellent interfacing skill and quick adaptability to changes.
•   Be able to work under high pressure.
•   Presentation and meeting skills.
•   Strong problem solving skill.

PC Skill:
•   MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook) is a minimum.
•   Quick learner of software used in the project.
