The role of Field Services Inside Sales Representative (Leads) is to generate new businesses through targeted outbound campaigns utilizing the installed base and/or maximize services revenue by establishing, building and nurturing relationships with an assigned portfolio of Proximity Accounts. In addition to these activities, he/she may be responsible for managing, by delegation from our Field Services Sales Engineers and will be also be involved in Strategic and Targeted Accounts.
What you will do:
Effectively be involved in sales pipeline management by analyzing, qualifying and proactively progressing to opportunities in bFO
Reacting quickly for all customers’ requests and leads potentially having a sales closure
Take inbound calls and emails to support existing customers’ base
Meet daily goals for outbound sales calls to follow-up customers’ requests and Field Service Engineers’ leads
Identify and pursue new opportunities with existing customers
Develop new points of contacts and potential accounts identified from Marcom activities, campaigns, Field Service Engineers’ leads and CCC/other leads
Develop cross-selling and upselling opportunities
React quickly to on-demand requests from customers
Quote and close deals for standard Services offerings such as spare parts and renewal recurring contracts
Ensure timely customers’ queries and ensure they are kept abreast of all SE’s services
Maintain the Installed Base data and ensure it is updated regularly for customers
Maintain proper documentation of all records of customers interaction and activities in bFO
