  • Collaborate with all departments to understand local and global market requirements in terms of technical requirements, Lead-Time, cost, and pricing.
  • Develop product definitions to guide the new product development process (NPD), working with engineering to ensure products meet the market needs.
  • Develop and execute product launch plans including product promotion/communications, with supporting literature, display units, promotional material, exhibitions, sales strategies and training to achieve project financial goals as applicable.
  • Manage product portfolio strategy; analyze global sales, units, profitability and relative price position formulating product plans designed to increase sales volume and profitability. Implement action plans via world area functional organizations.
  • Develop business models to prioritize new product development and product portfolio plans.
  • Identify modifications to existing and new product requirements through global customer interviews, sales interviews, conjoint analysis, surveys, customer councils, competitive analysis, global standard development and trends.
  • Control and coordinate significant product parameters throughout life cycle (i.e., structural pricing, complexity, changes in market use, customer value proposition, warranty, platform improvements, etc.).
  • Work with Sales and Sales Channels to ensure new product knowledge is developed.
  • Define the MARCOM requirements as part of the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, customer value message, and target customers.
  • Serve as the internal and external champion for the product offering, provide technical and product strategy assistance for global sales team.

  • ​​​​Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or marketing (Engineering background needed to investigate and develop customer application/product needs, conduct competitive analysis, develop product specifications and general product improvements consistent with market needs).
  • Experience in process engineering, sales, or marketing is required.
  • Effective in spoken and written English.
  • Data analytical skill is preferred.
