Scope of Job:
Perform diversified duties related to the processing and hiring of employees. Work with the recruiting team, hiring managers, candidates, new hires and other members of the HR team will help create a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
Conduct employment related background checks and pre-employment by partnering with the candidates and 3rd party vendors
Coordinate all interviews with recruitment team
Process hires in Dayforce and communicate next steps with the candidate and hiring manager to ensure successful onboarding
Provide initial resume review for various positions in the organization
Serve as the point of contact for all hiring positions
Assist with coordinating Internship and Rotational Training Program (RTP) hiring's
Assist with Talent Acquisition metrics for dashboards
Assist with all recruiting invoices and billings
Assist with organizing all job fairs and school recruiting
Assist with the ATS communications and trainings
Other projects related to recruiting and candidate experience
Other duties as assigned
Supervision of Others:
Qualifications: (Degree/Certifications/License/Experience/Specialized Knowledge/Skills)
High school graduate or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience; experience in supporting HR or Recruiting team is a plus.
Proficient clerical/computer skills with knowledge of various computer applications/programs including but not limited to MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong customer focus, excellent response time, detail oriented and flexible
Ability to maintain confidential information
Ability to convey a positive and professional image to applicants and employees
Strong sense of urgency
Highly motivated, self-starter, friendly personality, and good team player
Strong multitasking and follow-up skills, the ability to be an innovative contributor and share ideas to help improve the department and the company

Normal office environment.
95% of time is spent in the office environment, utilizing computers (frequent use of various Microsoft software/programs), phones, and general office equipment. 5% of time is spent outside of the office attending various conferences and meetings and various Recruitment related events.
