As a Financial Analyst - Productivity Controller, you will be responsible for: Supporting the Productivity annual budget process Supporting the global operational analysis, controlling, and management reporting of DX Productivity metrics for Senior Executive Leadership Preparing presentations and present at Quarterly Productivity Meetings with the CFO of Laboratory Diagnostics and Functional Finance Vice Presidents Being a central point of contact for DX Productivity reporting and will ensure that metrics, data sources, and trends are accurate and aligned for Functions and Franchises Developing and providing ad-hoc analysis on relevant Productivity topics Being a central point of contact for Productivity training and One Puma Web system support Driving the constant improvement of reporting, processes, framework, methodologies, and tools utilizing the Healthineers Performance System (HPS) This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers You show strong analytical skills and are capable of data gathering and data management with quality and attention to detail You have good financial and operational controlling knowledge and variance driver analysis You are comfortable with technology and digitalization, including a strong systems aptitude for One Puma Web, PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint, and GPR (Business Warehouse) You have good communication skills, including cross functional communication and interaction Your style of working is proactive with a strong service mentality to stakeholders and mindset to continuously strive for improvements Required skills to have for the success of this role BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related degree Required experience: 2-4 years’ relatable experience Some travel (national) may be required <10% Siemens Healthineers has recently announced the next steps in our continued commitment to prioritize colleague health, comply with customer/business partner requirements, and help preserve our business continuity.
