> Airswift has been tasked by one of our major oil & gas clients to seek for SENIOR ENGINEER PROJECT, T&I to work within their organizations located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for a CONTRACT assignment.

Responsible for executing Offshore Pipelines EPCIC and Offshore Platforms T&I project starting from EPCIC/T&I tendering until completion of execution phase, i.e., Completion of Offshore Installation, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, and handover to operation. The job holder also interfaces, coordinates and manages multi-disciplinary engineers, contractors, and vendors to deliver the projects in accordance to Company technical, quality, schedule & budget requirements and in safely manner.

Professional Knowledge & Experience:
Education Qualification
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field
• Professional certificate by accredited Bodies/ Associations e.g. PMI is an advantage but not necessary

Desired Competency (Skills and Abilities)
• Must have extensive knowledge & experience of Offshore Pipelines EPCIC and Platform T&I Execution, budget control, schedule control and quality control management.
• Must have extensive knowledge & experience in Tendering starting from Contracting strategy development, Tender Plan and ITB/Contract documents preparation until award the contract
• Familiar with international codes and standards related to Offshore Pipeline Engineering, Construction, Installation, Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning and also Offshore Platforms Transportation and Installation in Oil & Gas industry and also related local regulations.
• Familiar with PETRONAS Procurement Standard, PPGUA requirements and General Contractual Terms & Conditions.
• Good communication, coordination and organizing skills with ability to work with minimal supervision and liaise effectively and efficiently with other team members and outside stakeholders.
• Demonstrate high level of interpersonal skills and integrity
• Stakeholder Management skills - Proven ability to build strong working relationship with internal and external parties

Work Experiences
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in Offshore Pipelines EPCIC and Platform T&I Projects with minimum 10 years’ experience in Project Management Role.
• Must have Experiences in Tendering of Offshore EPCIC and/or T&I Contracts.
• Experiences as Company Site Representative and/or Field Engineer during Offshore T&I works for major project are preferable
• Experiences in project management with scope of shore approach pipeline are advantage
