Working Location : 6 Tampines Industrial Avenue 5
Working Hours : Monday to Friday (8.30 am - 5.30 pm)

To lead the quality improvements through working with all relevant departments and suppliers on the Kaizen activities.
To understand customer manufacturing quality requirements & align with the business agreement so as to work effectively with all suppliers to achieve KPI target for the line rejection.
Perform analysis on internal defects and drive improvements from relevant departments to achieve quality KPI.
To lead & work with MRB team on the OSV activities so as to meet supplier's requests before any RMA / RTV process
To collaborate with the internal team and provide support to Quality System Lead in all certifications required for the products as stated by the customer

Requirement for Engineer Post

Degree / Diploma in Quality/Engineering
At least 3 years of working experience in manufacturing quality environment
Able to multi-task & work under pressure
Able to handle customer complaints and work well with internal & external departments to resolve the quality issue
Able to provide constructive solutions / advise to the team
Participate in con-call after office hours if required
Good knowledge of ISO management
Good knowledge of customer audit and production qualification
