Mission: Carry out maintenance tasks in Gostyn I and II wind farm. Guaranteeing the best safety conditions for the people on site and the instalations; the preservation of the environment and ensuring an efficient operation.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks over wind turbine generators and substation equipment in Gostyn windfarm.
Carry out maintenance and operation of the equipment and facilities of the windfarm to maintain a safe and efficient operation of the facility according to the schedule established by the Site Manager.
Carry out the monitoring and work programs for the specific equipment and systems. Notify park personnel of the degradation of the work unit and develop corrective actions and plans.
Carry out the park surveillance rounds, verifying the correct state of the facilities and equipment and locally monitor the operating parameters of their systems. Identify and correct or report problems or deviations from parameters.
Interpret and use the plans and specifications and apply technical knowledge related to the operation of equipment, during the execution of works and solution of incidents.
Correctly use all the test equipment, calibration and tools associated with the diagnosis and detection of problems, checking that the corresponding certificates are updated and issued.
Carry out regular periodic reviews of the control equipment and installations, remote control, automation and communications in the windfarm.
Prepare reports, documentation, records and report the work orders carried out in the corresponding application.
Identify incidents, quasi-incidents, unsafe actions and Non-Conformities, adopting the necessary corrective measures, reporting in the corresponding application and monitoring them until their final closure.
Provide adequate support to teams of external personnel in the face of the needs that may arise during the execution of the works, guiding them in the operational and maintenance aspects, and ensuring their safe and respectful performance with the prevention of risks and the environment.
Required Skills and Competencies
Degree/Training: Electrical, Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering/Technical title. SEP qualification for up to 1kV for one and work on high certificate for another required.
Additional Training: SEP (electrical and UDT (elevators, hoists) recommended; GWO would be an asset but not mandatory.
Profile: Electromechanical/electrical engineer or technician with high manual skills, oriented on solving technical problems, able to read and analuze technical documentation in English, having high safety culture, experienced in O&M area. Preferable a person living close to the windfarm (Krobia commune, Gostyn county).
Languages/Level: Polish/ Native or proficient ; English: Intermediate
Required experience: 2-3 years of experience in wind sector
