Customer Service Coordinator role on offer for a company that has a great reputation for retaining and developing staff and has grown throughout this period due to an increasing number of customers.

Do you have good organisational skills and IT skills? Have you provided support for utility or energy metering services?

This company provide support for the utilities industry across the UK. They have a fantastic reputation and have won numerous awards for their work delivered to customers. As a result of continued growth they now require an additional customer service coordinator to join the business.

This is a varied role where you will be coordinating work between suppliers, service providers and customers. You will be handling work requests and queries along the way to make sure all work is carried out at the highest standard and within given timescales. Though mainly working from home there is occasional travel to the office in Surrey and to other locations

The ideal person will have been an office based coordinator of technical projects or service work within the utilities sector. You will have excellent IT skills, organisational skills and will want to contribute to the team and wider company

The Role:

*Coordinating utilities work
*Liaising with customers, service providers and suppliers
*Dealing with initial requests, problems and completion of work
*Mainly home based but with occasional travel
*£22’000 – £24’000 + Bonus + Pension + Training + Package + Growing Company

The Person:

*Experience of working in a busy, customer facing environment
*Good IT, organisational and communication skills
*Attention to detail and taking pride in work
*Happy to work independently as well as part of a team
