Job Title: Operations Support Specialist II
Operation Specialist/ Operations Manager will oversee all daily operations of the plant from production to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. They develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity
Manage all in country operation activities, including (but not limited to) operations personnel, equipment and material resources to achieve business plan, financial goals while delivering the highest quality services to our clients in a safe manner.
Focus on cost saving initiatives without impacting the quality of our services in order to be able to help company to deliver a better result to shareholders; following company policies and procedures as well as QHSE guidelines.
Understand customer needs and requirement and implement or satisfy their needs as much as possible without affecting our operational integrity as well as financial impact.
Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations
Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime
Commit to plant safety procedures
Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
Address employees’ issues or grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements
Responsible for improving the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission. Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
Establish goals and objectives for self and team and implement accordingly to help support / improve job performance (experience, ability, competence).
Develop and implement KPI for the in country operations in order to track the efficiency of activities and implement corrective/improvement actions when required.
Manage operation costs in line with targeted budget without risking operation activities or personnel safety by doing this. Analyze monthly costs to understand possible cost improvement action and develop a plant to implement those.
Participate in all customer operational meeting as focal point for Exterran and implement an action plan (when possible) based on customer feedback and Exterran responsibilities and QHSE policies.
Proven work experience as a Plant Operations Manager
Operational experience of On plot facilities of Oil & gas for of Min 15 Years
Open to travel to all sites as a minimum of one per month or based on operational/customer requirements.
High level technical support to sites and develop a training requirement plan for operational team in other to establish a good technical skill level
Evaluate aftermarket technical scope of services and align local resources in order to be able to provide a high quality service to customer with emphasis on continuous improvement.
Operational reporting and meeting with team is mandatory as per requirement.
Gallup understanding and action planning execution to all Operational team with assistant of HR department.
