> Airswift is seeking an Operational Engineer to work on a Contractor position in Cariacica/ES with a Infrastructure Company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Continuously develop and improve the effectiveness of products, optimizing costs and resources used;
• Provide technical support in the development of new products and projects;
• Monitor new product prototypes (hoses, umbilicals, etc.) at the factories in Vila Velha and Cariacica
• Elaboration and control of operational procedures;
• Promote technical training for factories, Offshore, Quality and Engineering;
• Control the routine of the area including the monitoring of indicators;
• Deal with the factories of non-conformities of Products and processes;
• Support the Engineering teams regarding manufacturing limitations for the products;
• Survey of investments needed to adapt factories in Vila Velha and Cariacica to new products;
• Carry out studies to reduce costs in the manufacture of Prysmian products. (Ex.: ECs, hoses, Umbilicals, etc.)
• Participate in Critical Project Analysis meetings, providing technical support in the preparation of technical proposals and/or in the development of new products;
• Develop new machinery and equipment suppliers;
• Carry out research for the development of new technologies and/or products.
• Generate Quality Management documents regarding the Engineering area
• Perform critical analysis of manufacturing, assembly and/or quality tests
• Control machine tables and Factory Standard
• Technical support for Inter company proposals
• Support for audits

JOB QUALIFICATIONS 
 

• Degree in Electrical, Metallurgical, Mechanical Engineering or similar;
• Solidworks and AutoCad knowledge;
• Experience in the industrial area at least 3 years;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Leadership and flexibility skills;
• Office Package Skills;
• Knowledge of Software Project;
• Schedule flexibility;
• Able to work alone or in a cross-functional team;
• Knowledge of problem solving techniques;
