Job Duties

 

  • Manage and execute all matters in the plumbing design and assume ownership on projects as a Senior Plumbing Engineer or Designer.
  • Strong design background and understanding of systems and applications in buildings and facilities, including coordination with other disciplines – mechanical, electrical, civil, structural and architectural.
  • Proficiency in understanding building codes and standards.
  • Client facing/client relationship/client management skills, and design experience including fire protection, fuel oil, and TI spaces preferred.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, time management required.

 

 Job Qualifications

 

  • 10-15+ years of MEP industry plumbing design experience required.
  • 10+ years of REVIT and AutoCAD design software experience.
  • EIT or PE a plus.
  • LEED accreditation a plus.
  • CPD certification a plus.
