1. Be responsible for the development and implementation of agreed E-commerce strategy and digital marketing plans which align to InSinkErator’s priority playbook initiatives and
consumer / customer targets.

4. Working closely with service provider on monthly advertising and promotion plans to hit the sales targets, especially for big promotion period of June.18 and double 11.
5. Be familiar with E-commerce platform advertising tools, and optimize spending to maximize cost effectiveness and ROI.
6. Be responsible for developing the business at T-mall flagship shop, JD.com and Suning.com, as well as to balance their conflict and competition.
7. Training and coordinating with service team, ensuring to provide good pre-sale & after-sales communication and word-of-mouth maintenance.
8. Keep tracking and analyzing the big data to make proper suggestion on adjustment or improvement timely.
9. Be responsible for developing, monitoring and balancing e-commerce distributors for strategic cooperation and different product focus.
10. Trying to find new E-commerce opportunity for ISE China E-commerce business growth, and to find new qualified E-commerce distributors and service provider when necessary.
11. Be responsible for the rolling sales forecast and E-commerce inventory management
12. Be responsible for keeping good relationship with the key persons of the T-mall and JD.com and Sunning platform.
1. Work closely with other functions in order to better allocate resources, manage costs, and timeframes.
2. Work closely with marketing communication team, digital marketing team, regional sales managers, finance, customer service, technical supports teams to ensure smooth operations.
3. Work closely with XiAn call center team to ensure our E-commerce JD and Tmall shop daily operations.

1. More than 5 years sales experience leading an E-commerce business (preferably for multinational or leading Chinese consumer brand in the areas of residential consumer durables, residential appliances, or other related household consumer product lines).
2. Solid experience on the overall operation of T-mall shops and JD.com. and Suning.com, and E-commerce TP working experience is preferred.
3. Strong ability in collaboration with other function department as well as communication and coordination capability.
4. Well organized, good planning, data analysis, enthusiastic and results oriented.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can work under high pressure.
6. Strong English skill in both speaking and writing
7. Proficiency with MS Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
