We are looking forward to an Operations Procurement Manager, in Eaton’s Electronics Business, based in Shanghai. The position will provide functional leadership for Supply Chain in Electronics Business, ensuring regulatory and policy compliance for all supply chain related entities and providing local governance, thought leadership, and opportunities for leveraging one Eaton – leveraging scale and spend across businesses. This exciting role offers opportunity to: Supports the division objectives whilst supporting and aligning with APAC SCM regional goals. Localize annual SCM profit plan, organizational capability assessment for the function. Lead the delivery of Key Performance Indicators, Dual sources development, Risk supplier mitigation etc to achieve productivity, process improvement, Short (ASP)/Middle and Long term SCM strategy (Stra. Planning) policy deployment and other aspects of functional governance. Work with plant manager and plant SCM teams to develop site procurement strategy, improve the co-working process, clearly define the roles and responsibilities between division SCM and plant relative functions. Coordinate with commodity managers at sector and global level to ensure Corporate Strategy deployment by facilitating local communication as required, extending to Division stakeholders. Work collaboratively with Operations Director and respective sourcing Leads on opportunities for improvement in ways to ensure success of SCM initiatives & NPI projects– including leveraging of spend, resources and standard processes through EBSA process Develop & manage relationships with strategic suppliers. Identify key vendors and improve the bulk raw material sourcing ability, include price, payment term, purchasing LT, supplier on time delivery and procurement cycle, etc. Lead performance management & coaching in development of the SCM team, ensuring effective OCA development plans, including SCM curriculum use and deployment. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management 15 years related working experience required Electronics marketing knowledge such as technology roadmaps and trends Yes!
