As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of all SEO/SEM, Database Marketing, Email, Social, and Display Advertising campaigns to drive lead generation and eCommerce sales. Additionally, responsible for driving eCommerce sales through the optimization of product merchandising utilizing eCommerce store management tools. The role involves coaching and managing multiple direct reports. AS AN DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER, YOU WILL:
WHO YOU ARE:
- Analyze and Optimize all Paid media campaigns to drive optimal MROI
- Optimize Direct Channel eCommerce sales through merchandising best practices
- Develop trigger-based and nurture outbound email campaigns that engage target audience with the right message at the right time
- Conduct keyword research, site rankings and competitor analysis to support optimization of all campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights
- Work closely with other digital team members and participate in various cross Business Unit team meetings as required
- Coach and manage direct reports
- You understand the position of the organization within a global context

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing or related field
5 years of experience in developing and executing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
5 years of experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
Experience with WebSphere Merchant Center or similar eCommerce store management technology platforms
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website, marketing automation, and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics,
Conductor SEO, VWO, Eloqua, etc.)
Deep understanding of digital marketing strategy for B2B lead generation
Proficiency with Asana, MS Teams, or similar project management and task tracking systems
Detailed oriented with excellent communication, writing and organizational skills
Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Applications: SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
