Eaton (power distribution division) is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Coordinator (Production Planning) Eaton is a leading diversified power management company that offers a wide array of electrical products and services. Location: Czech Republic (Suchdol n. Luznici or Brno) or Romania (Busag) or Hungary (Budapest) The principle role of the Supply Chain Coordinator for the Product Line Enclosures is managing the supply according to the demand for raw-, semi-finished- and finished products along the end-to-end supply chain in the most efficient way, means ensure customer satisfaction while producing cost efficient. The position will be responsible for leading the execution of Supply Chain process, including supply- and inventory planning and process control activities. In addition, this position must be strongly aligned and linked with all Key functions along the Supply Chain like Demand Planning Team, EMEA Materials Planning Team, Marketing and Product Directors, Market Development Directors, Finance, Operations, Material Managers in Warehouses and Plants, and Sales in the region. Your key responsibilities: To execute the full process with focus on supply- and inventory planning of the whole end to end supply chain, aligned with Sales and the Divisional Management Team and strive for constant improvement and standardization of the Supply- and Inventory Process. To oversee supply planning of raw material, semi-finished products and finished goods and manage and coordinate supply shortfalls and availability issues by applying risk management to mitigate risks upfront. To be the interface between the SIOP process and the Product Lines (Marketing and Product Directors, Market Development Directors and Product Management), for Profit Planning and Phase In / Out activities. To design, develop and improve supply chain strategies within that product line (assortment, material flow) together with the cross functional departments (Enclosures Program Management, Inventory Management) To support the Divisional CI Team to improve LEAN and MMA principles across the Enclosures Product Line and support all related projects (Standard transition projects) and changes within a product line / division. Qualifications Your profile: The position requires good analytical and strategic thinking skills. It is important to be able to manage and coordinate different supply chain members in the operations.
