Please note that this advert is only applicable to UAE National students who will be available for a full time internship, 5 days a week for 6 months from 23 August 2020 until January 2021. This is a paid internship.

As an intern, we fuse you into the day to day operations of our organization as well as whichever business unit you become part of. Use the training and support you are given and run with the responsibilities assigned to you by your line manager and any other stakeholders whom you collaborate with in order to contribute to the greater organizational success. The aim is for you to learn, grow and develop your understanding of Engineering technologies, the business and leave more insightful and informed. For this reason, it is imperative that you inherently own and manage your time and tasks responsibly and effectively.

Health & Safety

Ensure effective leadership in HSE, leading by example and setting the direction for a successful health and safety program and creating a foundation for a positive safety culture.
Discuss Health and Safety first or at least early on the agenda of every meeting.
Ensure effective management of HSSE risks and impacts. Report all hazards, incidents and Near Misses in line with the MEA Emerson HSE incident policy. Active involvement in the investigation of accidents, near misses, incidents and ill health where required.
Conduct all HSE training assigned to you as an employee
