Check our Careers Site at [ Link removed ] Service Sales Support – Central Region Position Overview In this role, the employee supports internal customers in the preparation and review of proposals and contracts for Siemens service. In line with established Siemens guidelines and policies, this role requires review and revision customer price quotes for Service. At this level, the employee is focused on gaining proficiency in activities within InVivo Service with exposure to the other business. Responsibilities: Perform all activities associated with the creation, review, analysis, editing and escalation of SHARE/Shareville Preliminary Service quotes. Perform all activities associated with the validation of new contracts including gathering of required contract and configuration documents. Support in pulling reports and customer information for the service sales team. Work closely with Service Sales Executives to understand customer key needs for Service. Monitor automation of quoting to ensure all tasks are being completed. Requirements: This position requires strong written and oral communication skills with proven interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with people and maintain rapport with internal and external customers is essential. Strong organizational skills required. Must be able to multi-task, prioritize workflow, perform under sensitive deadlines. Must be able to work effectively in a team environment. Solid knowledge of entire quote process is required. This includes basic knowledge of DI/AT/US and Service product lines and how those differences impact quoting. Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve moderately complex problems and apply problem-solving skills effectively is needed. Ability to make decisions and recommendations to resolve issues is important. Demonstrated ability to take ownership of issues and collaborate/consult with peers and others outside of functional area to resolve complex issues and improve existing processes.
