As a Lead Sales Representative, Power Quality, Data Center, you will be responsible for the development of the Data Centre’s segment, where turnover is measuredby system integrators sales, sales profitability, and customer satisfaction,growth and expansion in fixed market segments - Data Center (Russia andKazakhstan).
The position will be locatedin Moscow (Russia) and report to the PQ cluster leader, Russia and Kazakhstan.
Your main duties:
Youwill develop an effective effective strategy in the Data Center segment
Execute the sales revenue target inthe data center market segment
Develop projects pipeline in thedatacenter market segment by further penetrating with innovative technical andservices solutions
Implement an effective key accountmanagement focusing on big system integrators, consultants and investors’ toincrease the win rate of projects
Build a strong partnership withcustomers through daily interaction with operations and engineering team
Initiate, develops and facilitatecustomers trainings, facilitate the technical design meetings together withlocal engineering team
Contribute to the implementation ofspecific activities for focused customers in collaboration with the local andcorporate team(marketing, partnership programs, technical engineering)
Collaborate with other divisions ofthe company to implement best practices
Provide leadership of the salesactivities in the Data Center segment through effective collaboration withMoscow and regional team (functional management)
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
Advanced technical skills IT related
Strong sales experience
Project Management Experience
Ability to identify and convert projects opportunities in sales
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, an absolute must;formal presentation skills a definite plus
Ability to accomplish results in a cross-functional team environment,exhibiting formal and informal leadership skills and a
Co-operation skills (customers and own personnel), teamwork, goodwill
