Primary Purpose:

Working independently with limited supervision and with urgency, performs advanced and complex administrative/clerical
functions including: supporting multiple departments, managing and coordinating complex calendars, coordinating travel
(including international travel with complex visa requirements), coordinating conferences/off site, completion and filing of
compliance certificates, as well as more routine administrative work as needed such as word processing or typing letters,
memoranda and forms, ordering supplies, maintaining files, answering telephones, etc. May provide work direction for clerical
group; may review work of others; may train others.

Ability to self-train when software applications are updated, revised and/or superseded.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Administrative work including expense reports, managing vendor payments, managing complex calendars and scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, word processing, creating powerpoint slides, creating agendas, ordering supplies and coordinating events.
* Convert vendor payments from manual to automatic using Accounts Payable and SAP.
* Learn and handle routine roles for tasks in Assistant controller Organization including composing correspondence and reports for supervisor’s signature, Researching and compiles information and data for analyses, maintaining compliance lists, record management, and suggests creative approaches to business applications software.
* Reviews written material for accuracy and completeness; checks calculations for accuracy; reconciles
report data; maintains accounting ledgers, petty cash funds, inventory, etc.
* Performs other duties as assigned (no more than 5% of duties).

Education:

* H.S. Diploma/GED Or equivalent required.
* Other college courses/vocational training preferred.
Experience:

* 5+ years related experience
* Must reside in Southern California or be willing to relocate upon hire.
* We offer a hybrid work environment. Although the schedule may vary, typically this will allow you to work from the office two to three days per week and work remotely on the remaining workdays.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

* Demonstrated and sustained proficiency in software applications like word, power point, Docu Sign and excel.
* Ability to be a self starter and act with urgency.
* Demonstrates and seeks continual learning to support the organization's needs.
* Ability to learn SAP.
Other Qualifications:

* Ability to speak Spanish a plus.
* Valid California driver’s license.
