Job responsibilities:

Lead projects from end-to-end - detailed design and commissioning and handover across a wide variety of projects, including preparation of technical specifications, reports, and estimates.
Involved in tender preparation and negotiations with clients to achieve commercially profitable business objectives.
Engage directly with clients and colleagues to deliver successful outcomes to contribute to work winning and market development.
Act as a technical expert to mentor and develop other electrical engineers within the team, and provide electrical design expertise in overseeing all technical aspects of projects
Provide client consultation by drawing on professional expertise

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
5 -12 years related professional experience in buildings services, of which 2 to 3 years are in data center design or related.
A strong background in building electrical design within a consulting environment will be advantageous.
A strong interest in working on innovative, energy efficient and sustainable projects.
Project leadership and management experience, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
You should be pro-active with the ability to work independently or part of a team and possess good communication skills and business acumen.
