Our client is looking to hire a Sales Manager with more than 10-years' experience in oilfield sales and account management, preferably within the cased hole diagnostics sector to be based and drive growth in Abu Dhabi.
* Set strategical business plans and design the road map to position our client's technologies effectively into the marketplace.
* Drive the region sales and profit plans to budget through successful leadership, organizational plans, customer service, and outstanding execution of all field operations, consistently across all regions under his/her management.
* Lead and direct the different team goals and action plans directly tied into measurable results and timely and consistent execution.
* Ensure technologies and product knowledge are understood by teams.
* Ensure the overall people plan of the area reflects high standards, succession planning, coupled with consistent mentoring and people development.
* Establish a process to ensure that employees have accountability to expectations on a consistent and timely basis.
* Ensure compliance with the Code of Conduct and HSE regulations at all times.
* More than 10-years' experience in oilfield sales and account management, preferably within the cased hole diagnostics sector;
* Minimum 5 years' in a management roles;
* Technical knowledge of various diagnostic techniques and technology used to evaluate flow and integrity throughout the well system is preferred.
* Excellent Leadership skills and organizational skills;
* Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
