With CWI assistance develop a welding program for Millwrights for non-critical repairs on equipment, such as attaching roller brackets for the conveyors, welding jack bolts onto screener lids, tacking key stock in place for various items. This would have to include weld testing, weld logging, welder continuity, and final welding turnover packages.
Visual inspection of non-critical welds.
Extensive knowledge of API 686 RP as it pertains to rotating equipment installation
Strong understanding of grout best practices and guidelines (particularly in respect to Escoweld epoxy grout applications)
Proven history using Ludeca Rotalign laser alignment platform.

Machine train alignment techniques
Understanding of pipe strain measurement and methods for correction.
Ability to review corrective and preventative work packages for completion and adequate documentation of measurements / rebuild data.
Pump repair reports
Able to coordinate with planning and reliability staff to facilitate improvement of saved job plans and equipment information
Assist in facilitating the rebuildable spares process by ensuring timely return of rebuildable items (mechanical seals, spare pumps, rotors, motors)
Able to utilize document management systems to catalog completed rotating equipment repairs
