QHSE Manager - Kuwait job in Kuwait City at Brevan Global Resources

Main Duties : Brevan are currently looking for a QHSE Manager to work for a leading PMC oil and gas contractor in Kuwait.

Candidates must have 15 years industry experience with at least 5 years in the Middle East!

Qualifications Required
B.Sc. Engineering Degree (4 Year Full Time)

HSE Qualification
Must possess at least one of the following internationally recognized HSE qualification by a reputable professional association: NEBOSH, iDipOSH, iDipNEBOSH, iEnvDipNEBOSH, ICertOSH, CSP, ASP, CRSP, CMIOSH, GSP, CEP, CIH, QEP, CSM, Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS) or equivalent.

HSE Certification
Must possess at least one of the following HSE certifications (certified courses) in General Industrial Safety, Construction Safety, Environmental Management, Industrial Hygiene, ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001 Lead Auditor, NEBOSH, ASSE Certificate in Global Safety Management or equivalent courses.

CONSULTANCY SERVICES IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND RELATED ACTIVITIES – PMC Role Experience

Must be experienced in Managing HSE and QA/QC discipline engineers.

ISO Standards
Experienced with implementing ISO 9000, 14000 and 450001 Series and International Standards relevant to Oil & Gas Industry.

Skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills and proven track record of successful project management.

Plant and Vendor Inspections.
Must be experienced in Plant and Vendor Inspections of all types of Mechanical equipment required in Oil & Gas installations.

Experience
- 15 Years’ Experience (Min)
- 10 Years of Oil & Gas or Petrochemical experience
- 05 Years in related designation
- 05 Years Middle East experience

General.
- Is permanently assigned to the Projects.
- Shall have practical experience in managing HSE and QA/QC in projects
- Must be conversant with local and international HSE laws, regulations and norms
