Element has an opportunity for a Quality Administrator to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your Quality career within a Global TIC business.



Responsibilities

  • Compose, type and review of complex test reports/certifications
  • Identify unique customer requirements and ensure the requests are met within the framework of a test certificate.
  • Prioritizing work to be completed such that certificates are sent to clients on time
  • Organizing and maintaining filing system for in progress and completed work orders
  • Arrange storage and release of test specimens to clients
  • Updating and maintaining the logs for internal errors and revised / corrected certificates
  • Batch scanning completed work orders into Labman
  • Access and operate within an array of external customer portals
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management


Skills / Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in a technical field
  • Ability to interpret complex instructions and resolve
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to remain calm when faced with mounting pressure related to deadlines and multiple priorities
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills to meet a variety of communication needs
  • Good interpersonal skills that foster open upward and downward communication built on mutual respect
  • Ability to interface with clients, vendors and visitors to help meet their needs
