What is the Role?
In this role you will provide the leadership and management of Neos Networks’ technology strategy. As CTIO you will define the strategy and road map of our network infrastructure and the technology developments to drive our business growth
Reporting to the CEO and as a member of the Executive Committee you will help shape and drive our overall business strategy and performance as we work towards being the premier B2B connectivity provider in the UK.
In this role you will:
Provide the vision and leadership for the company’s technology strategy and road map covering both IT and telecoms networks
Develop and implement the network strategy in partnership with the Executive Committee to deliver the company’s goals and business growth
Own the development and capability of the network infrastructure to drive customer experience and growth
Ensure the resilience of the network and plans to optimise technological developments
Direct the evolution of the IT infrastructure and the implementation of applications to ensure key business strategies and processes are driven by systems that enable growth and flexibility
Accountable for Neos Networks’ digital transformation to deliver increased value
Provide a clear vision and direction for network infrastructure, information and cyber security operations leading a programme of continuous improvement in response to changing security threats and risk.
C-suite customer engagement providing thought leadership and technological market insight.
To be successful you will have extensive technical leadership experience within Telecoms and IT sectors. A recognised thought leader and strategic thinker regarding IT and telecoms network infrastructure build and capacity.
With strong financial and commercial acumen, you will have experience of leading and developing large and diverse teams. You will possess the gravitas to present to investors and c-suite customers and ideally have experience of working with private equity investors
