Purpose:
As part of the sale team, you will manage the large C&I and Utility scale customers’ account in the Philippines. This position is based in our Makati office, in Philippines and report to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities we will trust you with:

  • Source new customers and partners mainly in solar market and maintaining strong relations with existing clients
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contributing to overall Philippine sales achievements for large-scale solar segment
  • Expand sales customer base for BayWa r.e. in the Philippines
  • Support customer requirements to promote the sale of company products, services, and to provide advice and appropriate solution
  • Support marketing activities to build brand awareness in the local market
  • Providing quotations, receiving order confirmations, and supporting internal process until goods delivered
  • Participate in complex tender and bidding process
  • Manage key customer accounts and grow relationships


Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales in renewable / solar energy related businesses. 
  • Fluent in English language (written and spoken) additional local dialect is a plus
  • Strong market acumen and network in the solar industry in Philippines
  • Experience in ERP system (preferably NetSuites)
  • Customer centric and motivated to sell and contribute to overall company sales performance
