Responsible to carry out the functions of the Landowner Service Team to support the development and operational projects for EDFR.

Responsibilities: 70% - Provides general service inquiry and process support to Landowners, Landowner and Community Engagement team, Regional Development staff, Corporate Real Estate (CRE) and the Asset Optimization Group (A/O) including, but not limited to handling inquiries via the Landowner Helpline (phone/email), fielding requests for landowner information to maintain landowner records,  coordination of process flow between service partners, etc.

10% - Supports the community engagement and communication efforts for all development and operational projects.  Responsibilities include, but not limited to drafting and sending written project correspondence, creation and distribution of project newsletters and informational postcards, coordination of community donations, and media inquiries

10% - Event planning administrative support which may include but not limited to project update meetings, permit hearings, project events (ground breaking/dedication), etc.

5% - Maintains a high degree of knowledge related to the overall activities within the US Regional Offices and Corporate Development 

5% - Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

BA or Equivalent experience preferred

3+ year experience providing customer service support

Experience within a renewable energy or related energy organization/association would be a plus


Skills/Knowledge/Abilities –

Requires working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Microsoft Teams.  (Sales Force and SAP, a plus)

Ability to maintain and manage a workload that changes based on prioritization and customer needs

Able to demonstrate strong work habits, including but not limited to good attendance

Able to demonstrate experience dealing successfully with peers, subordinates, management, and unaffiliated third parties

Physical Requirements:

Requires occasional ability to handle light duty administrative tasks (such as stuffing envelopes) and preparing (no more than 20 pound) boxes for shipping and receiving

Working Conditions:

99% of time is spent in the office environment, utilizing computers (frequent use of various Microsoft software/programs), phones, and general office equipment. 1% of time is spent outside of the office visiting vendors’ and/or internal customers’ sites in addition to attending various conferences and meetings or trainings.
