Construction manager job in Kuwait City at Brunel Energy Holding BV

Our Client, one of the International Oilfield services Company is currently recruiting Construction Manager for Kuwait Location.

• Report project status and performance data as required to management, project sponsors, and other stakeholders;
• Daily Project Updates are REQUIRED;
• Ensure strict adherence to all H&M Safety Policies, Procedures, and Practices;
• Plan, monitor, and control the project execution throughout its lifecycle (bid, contract award, engineering / design, procurement, construction, and closeout);Support schedule detail input with project controls team;
• Coordination and implementation of schedule with the construction team. Responsible for meeting schedule commitments;Review design and specification documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.

What you need to bring:

• Construction manager- At least 15 years’ experience management on treatment plant construction;
• Degree in engineering;
• Understanding of construction cost and tracking systems that incorporate earned value management principles associated with cost, labor, equipment, material, subcontractors, and financial reporting;
• Very detail-oriented and skilled at multi-tasking to complete several deadlines accurately and on time;
• Good understanding of computer-related software for tracking, reporting, and cost evaluation;
• Ability to communicate well, including sound written and oral communication skills.
