As a Blue Raven Entry Level Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for conducting phone interviews scheduled by our recruiting assistants. All candidates are prequalified and meet our sales criteria set by our sales leadership. You will work closely with Local Area Management to ensure all staffing needs are met with high quality Solar Setters. As an Entry Level Sales Recruiter, you control all parts of the onboarding process until a Setter is ready to attend their first in-person training at their local offices. Your role is vital in the continuous growth of Blue Raven Solar and will allow us to fulfill our company mission, getting clean, reliable, and cost-effective energy to our clients.


  • Interview, hire, and assist in developing new Setters
  • Conduct phone interviews with prequalified candidates
  • Coach potential setters through the onboarding process
  • Track and Manage applicants in your pipeline

  • Effectively manage time and have strong organizational skills


$17 an hour + Commission
$60K Annually
