Carry out preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on the plant's machinery and equipment, identifying the needs for repair or replacement of parts, in order to guarantee the reliability and functionality of the equipment
Carry out repairs to the compressors and emergency generator, identifying the need to change parts and their control systems, in order to guarantee their functionality
Assist in the preparation of technical reports, describing the scope of services performed and informing about possible faults identified
Perform services related to office building maintenance such as cable laying, lighting, minor repairs to electrical distribution boards
Watch over the tools and equipment under your responsibility, as well as cleaning, organizing, and hygiene the areas involved in the process.
What it takes:
Complete Technical or Higher Education in Mechanical and/or Electrical or related courses;
Knowledge of procedures and guidelines on Quality, Environment, and Safety at Work
Knowledge of engine mechanics and PLC;
Knowledge of SAP / MAXIMO system;
Knowledge of MSOffice;
Knowledge of fuel management;
Knowledge of WOIS and WISE LT, as well as knowledge of operation and maintenance of auxiliary systems such as compressors, boilers, and oil separators;
Important knowledge of gas engines.
