The Green Recruitment Company are working with a world-renowned Energy and Sustainability Consultancy who are looking for someone to lead their Sustainability Team. The company focus on Energy and Environmental Planning and following Sustainable Methodologies in built environment projects. The ideal candidate will invest heavily in the team and be excited to improve client experience, building rapport with existing clients as well as identifying and engaging new clients.
The Role
- Work within the Senior Leadership Team to deliver fantastic results
- Build strong working relationships and keep a positive attitude to enhance the team
- Be productive and efficient to complete work to tight deadlines
- Providing excellent service to clients
The Candidate
- 5 years relevant experience within the built environment
- Experience in at least one of the following: BREEAM, WELL, LEED
- Proven examples of leading a team effectively and constructively
- Experience in areas such as Building Services, Planning and Right of Light, Quantity Surveying, Life Cycle Analysis, SAPs
