This position will serve to support Best Cost planned moves. Will be responsible for the documentation and implementation of the manufacturing process transferred to Best Cost. Will be owner of that new process and will have to work closely with other departments like quality and engineering.

Responsibilities

Develop assembly routings
Implementation of manufacturing and assembly processes
Develop assembly fixtures and jig as required
Document the assembly instructions and visual aids

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering
Computers skills, experience in CAD software, Solid Edge, Solidworks.
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills required
Available to travel to USA and Mexico
ISO9001 Knowledge
Lean & Six Sigma knowledge
Willing to improve and develop teamwork
MRP Knowledge
