The Role: Field Service Marketing Leader
We are looking for an experienced Field Service Marketing Leader to manage the Marketing team in Japan. This involves developing a new service business of Energy Management (Secure Power, Power System and Digital Energy) and Industry including Digital Services and Consulting Service to grow the Field Services business in Japan.
What will you do?
- Develop new service plan of Secure Power, Power System, Digital Energy, and Industry Automation.
- Manage marketing team to grow Field Service business with passion
- Working closely with Field Service Sales and Business Unit
- Animate how to develop Digital Service and Consulting Service in Japan with clear action plans
- Adapt, deploy and follow-up the execution of the business unit Playbook (Marketing Plan)
- Accountable for the growth and productivity of channels / offers
- Manage Special Price Agreement (SPA) process and oversee the performance
- Implement Marketing Excellence Program (digitization, annual marketing report, Business Intelligence etc.)
- Contribute to the Commercial Policy definition (segmentation, discount, structure)
- Drive marketing selective initiatives
