Qualifications:

Degree in chemical engineering or in other relevant Engineering field. Any relevant certification/ diploma in oil & gas process management or equivalent would be an advantage.

Minimum Experience: 12 process engineering including at least 5 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities.

Skills and Competencies:

Sound technical background, knowledge and understanding of Oil & Gas engineering practices In depth knowledge in Process Engineering methodologies including conceptual designs, artwork and design works best practices.
Hands on work experience and solid knowledge in Feasibility Studies.
Solid knowledge on risk management methodologies. Anticipate and meet the need of both internal & external customers.
Good degree of competency in people skills and listening skills, both of which are aimed at getting the best performance out of the team.
Strong management and leadership skills. Excellent strategic conceptual thinking and analytical ability. Conflict management and problem-solving skills.
Analytical, interpretative and/or constructive thinking and evaluative judgment. Effective interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. PC / IT literacy.
