  • Responsible for establishing and the implementation of the Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance to the Requirements of ISO 9001as a minimum, and or API Q1.
  • Lead efforts when hiring employees related to Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Document Control personnel to ensure position requirements and competency requirements are met.
  • Ensure that training to maintain competency by position for Quality personnel is established, performed, documented, and maintained.
  • Ensure quality processes are developed, managed, and maintained.
  • Interpret codes, standards, customer requirements as needed.
  • Interface with customers, suppliers, and auditors as required.
  • Attend project kickoff and or pre job meetings as required.
  • Ensure all Quality documentation that\u0027s required is established, managed, and maintained, including but not limited to: Quality Manuals, Work Procedures, Process Maps, Work Instructions, Forms, Etc.
  • Ensure all training needs are met related to Quality personnel.
  • Ensure all audit schedules, Internal, Supplier, and Customer required are developed and verify that all audits are properly performed as scheduled. (ISO and or API)
  • Facilitate and act as liaison during all register and customer Quality Audits.
  • Ensure that internal and external customer satisfaction to ensure a high level of attention is given to feedback related to the Quality of our processes, products, and or services we supply and or deliver.
  • Implement and communicate new processes or changes within the organization.
  • Interpret changes to industry standards and communicate these changes to the organization.
  • Work close with Purchasing as required when qualifying and or performing audits to qualify, maintain, and manage suppliers.
  • Ensure that Goals, Objectives, and Process Measures are establish and are all measurable.
  • Track and report the facilities top level Goals and Objectives.
  • Report specific measurables to Top Management as well as the organization.
  • Ensure Compliance, Corrective Action, and Preventative Actions are effectively resolved and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that Management Reviews are performed in accordance to the Management System requirements, and all inputs and outputs are documented, communicated, and approved by Top Management.
  • Managing the total OSIT Health, Safety and Environment Functions, preparing and promoting health, safety, and environmental strategies to comply with company policy.
  • Maintain, promote, and enforce all OSIT HSE Policies and Procedures
  • Have a working knowledge of OSI safety policies and procedures, and of the safe workplace laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
  • Observe work practices, tools, equipment and facilities at the OSIT workshop, office, and anyplace OSIT employees or Contractors are performing work.
  • Assist OSIT employees and Contractors to identify any workplace hazards, and to effectively deal with any workplace hazards. Assist and promote use of tools such as JSA and BBS Job Observations.
  • Perform routine and scheduled inspections of OSIT facilities and safety equipment.
  • Maintain safety records and other safety documentation. Making changes to working practices that are safe and comply with legislation.
  • Maintain HSE quality records and all quality documentation. producing management reports, newsletters and bulletins.
  • Provide employee training to comply with all HSE Policies and Procedures.
  • Update and Maintain HSE Policies and Procedures as required. Outlining safe operational procedures which identify and take account of all relevant hazards; carrying out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented.
  • Comply with all OSIT Safety Policies and Procedures.
  • Responsible for the development and managing departmental budgets and cost/spending.
  • Work with all Contract Development/Sales groups during the bid phase to ensure compliance to all Quality related customer specifications can be met.
  • Ensure that all personnel have access to the latest revisions and or editions of Codes, Standards, and documents that could affect the quality of our products and or services.
  • Participate, lead, and or assist in developing Root Cause Analysis teams as required.
  • Assist in developing Risk Assessments, along with Risk Mitigation and Contingency plans.
  • Assisting the management team and providing support as necessary
  • Assist with effective HSE communications and teamwork between OSIT staff, Contractors, and management. Promote strong and effective working relationship.
  • Administering document control and configuration management system. Ensure departmental reporting requirements. Perform other duties assigned by supervisor. Take an active role in HSE system
  • Ensure that all staff, contractors, and visitors are aware of their Stop Work Authority, and ensure that work is stopped whenever serious potential unsafe acts or conditions exist.
  • Manage on the Security system for save environment to employees, contractor and property on facility.
  • Promote a team atmosphere.
  • Perform accurate and precise employee evaluations/appraisals.
  • Willing to Travel as required.
  • Other assigned duties and responsibilities as required
