1.Achieve the sales target according to the sales team requirement.
- Establish and maintain regular contact with project distributors in responsible region, assist them to win the projects.
- Develop new project distributors in the key provinces, such as Beijing, Tianjin and Shandong province…
- Achieve annual sales target for project channel.
2. Manage project distributors.
- Guide the project distributors follow up company project policy, accumulate potential project pool.
- Coordinate and communicate with project distributors when conflict occur
3. Strategic cooperation developers development
- Approach and establish good relations with key decision makers and top management of developers headquarters especially.
- To work closely with branch’s relevant departments, increase the success rate.
- Target TOP20 key developers in China, increase the market share of high-end residential building market.
4. Daily regular tasks.
- Collect and assist analyzing market intelligence, monitor competition, and recommend appropriate response.
- Organize trainings, seminars, forums to the key influencers of developers, promote FWD concept and ISE brand.
- Make the sales forecast according to the project requirement, provide inventory demand plan.
5. Formulate the project sales policy and strategy.
- Help the national sales manager to make the project channel policy and management process
- Make the project channel sales strategy for the build channel.
