A typical week would include:
As part of our team you will support the delivery of a number of varied projects across our regions and sectors, working with an international team of consultants. These projects span many sectors including renewable energy, highways, rail, aviation and water. In the role you will be responsible for managing a team to identify, consult and negotiate with interested parties, and working with GIS, data management and stakeholder engagement experts to help our clients deliver largescale infrastructure projects. You will be joining an enthusiastic, growing team, which prides itself on providing high quality land consultancy services to our wide range of high-profile clients. We are passionate about developing talent within our team and provide excellent training opportunities within the team and the wider business.
We'd love to hear from you if you have: Experience engaging with landowners on infrastructure projectsUnderstanding of agricultural practicesExperience in the technical delivery of land services on large scale infrastructure projectsExperience and knowledge of Statutory Processes across the UK and Ireland eg DCOs, TWAOs, CPOs, Hybrid Bills, Vesting Orders and Direction Orders.Experience advising clients on technical matters in relation to planning information and land issuesBuilding strong client relationshipsExperience working with teams from different disciplines to meet deadlines and address challengesThe ability to manage people and coordinate tasksAn understanding of data security protocolsExperience in setting quality standards for projects and maintaining the quality from the delivery teamExperience in mentoring junior staff and providing support for career developmentDrive and enthusiasm to create strong technical work An understanding of health and safety processes and can ensure these processes are followed by the teamA degree in Geography or similar would be advantageousA full drivers’ licence is essential
