Provide subject matter expertise on Travero’s Transportation Management System (TMS), with complete understanding of current TMS functionally and how it is utilized by the company to serve the needs of our customers as well as our own.
Serve as the technical lead in direct engagements with prospective customers, clearly articulating the value of Travero’s TMS to them, as well as up-sell additional features to existing customers.
Prepare and propose technology solutions to customers based on deep understanding and analysis of their needs.
Lead projects to implement system solutions and enhancements with new and existing customers, ensuring alignment of process and technology including process mapping, system setup and testing, and interfacing with teams and clients to ensure smooth launch.
Promote technology internally across clients, fostering knowledge and optimization of technology to raise the bar throughout the organization.
Analyze TMS data to identify opportunities and present recommendations for delivering increased customer value as well as improve internal productivity.
Serve as the product owner of Travero’s TMS, staying abreast of new developments in the supply chain technology industry and competitors’ offerings to perform gap analysis and drive improvements to our current system.
Liaison between the company, the system vendor, and our internal IT resources to trouble-shoot issues and implement add-ons and/or improved functions.
Provide on-call support when needed.
Willing to work on a flexible schedule as needed.
Willing to travel to customer locations when required.
