Plan, prioritise and manage multiple engineering projects from conceptual development to handover, within budget, on time, safety and of the required quality. Prioritise tasks and assign team members to ensure that the team’s overall resources are used effectively and that project deadlines are met. Assist to prepare bid tender for new projects. Ensure project compliance with corporate policy and guideline. Evaluate, and authorise changes that significantly impact the scope budget or timeline of a project. Lead the most complex or critical engineering projects, monitor progress and performance against the project plan. Identify and resolve operational problems and minimise delays. Select, guide and develop a team of project member with operational responsibilities to ensure that the organisation achieves it business objectives and complies with all relevant regulations and laws. Ensure that organisation and government standards on safety are met. Ensure that customer safety& quality specifications are constantly met. Allocate capital and human resources to maximise productivity. Supervise and implement project expense, other assets and resource within budget. Analyse and approve project investments that best meet the organisation needs.
Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 8-10 years experience in relevant field. Positive attitudes/ Drive for result. Good interpersonal, management and decision making skills. Strong Business acumen. Willing to travel regularly.
