This is an important new business development manager role for a well-established Chinese module manufacturer with 6GW in operation in Europe currently.

This company is scaling production to 25GW ahead of an IPO and are building their team to support this.

You’ll pro-actively target and engage new customers, mainly solar installers / systems integrators / EPCs and wholesale distributors and potentially larger corporate buyers.

This role offers great prospects working with a highly regarded product line and working amongst a small but growing agile and flexible sales team.

This role is primarily home based (preferably Germany , Austria Switzerland or France) with the ability to cover other parts of Northern Europe.

You’re an established PV module sales specialist looking for more headroom to grow your sales.

Key skills & requirements
  • At least 3 years’ work experience in a similar sales and marketing function
  • Attention to detail
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Solid experience with MS Office and CRM
  • Excellent analytical, listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English, plus one other language (Italian, Spanish or French ideally)
  • Role will be home-based (in sales region)
Please note, this role is a full time role but for candidate residing in countries outside Germany, the role will initially be offered on a consulting contract basis.

Remuneration
Salary in the range to €80,000 + car allowance plus 20-30% bonus. The base salary is flexible depending on experience, the value of the local market and your network.
