As a Inside Sales Engineer Secure Power & Cooling Services, you will promote, quote and sell of a broad range of technical services including the start-up, maintenance, testing, retrofit, and upgrade of all secure power and cooling equipment installed at the customer’s site.
You will be selling turnkey projects ranging from simple replacement of equipment to fully engineered solutions. You identify the scope of work, estimate and sell system adds/modifications and maintenance agreements, and meet customer needs.
You will develop close and lasting relationships with customers in industries such as Chemical, Life Science, Wastewater, Food & Beverage and Heavy Industry.

From the inside sales office desk, partially home based, you will be actively contact your customers in the Belgian region, developing the business and executing the sales plan. Your experience in dealing with both new and existing customers and your structured way of managing the sales process in Salesforce makes this your home ground.
It is essential for you to secure customer satisfaction overseeing all ongoing activities.
You participate in the preparation of analysis and reports on field service performance. You work closely with Outside Sales Engineers and the Account Managers to maximize business opportunities. You keep Field Services Marketing leaders informed on offers’ feedback and needs.
You educate customers on Schneider Electric products and services, and you provide mentoring, coaching and guidance to your colleagues.
