Project Management intern job in Moscow at GE

Role Summary:

The PM internship role requires working closely with the GE Power Conversion Team in Russia and France. You will work on the large international project with one of the key Russian companies and will need to provide administrative support for the Project Managers and marketing support for the management team. This role may also require interface with Government entities, GE customers and with other GE counterparts.

Location will be Moscow. Business trips are possible, but will be on occasional basis.
 

Essential Responsibilities:

• Support Project Manager with general administrative duties
• Preparation of the materials for meetings with upper management and customers (analytical reports, talking points, etc)
• Keep record and track of any project-related documents and report within the appropriate database, including formal letters, official reporting documentation, project status reports, etc
• Communication and coordination meetings with GE project teams of different from different countries
   

Qualifications/Requirements:

• MS/BS in Engineering, Economics, Management or International Relations
• You are fluent in English (further language skills are a plus, particularly French or Korean)
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings will be considered as a plus
• Effective communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, organization and presentation skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
• Curious and open to learning new things
• Initiative/ Proactivity, ability to anticipate and resolve challenges
• Responsible and committed with deadlines
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Power Point and Excel
