Based in our Kennesaw, GA location, you will be responsible for the leading the department team, scheduling tasks, maintaining BOMs and the production of quality goods while meeting manufacturing deadlines. A high degree of detail is required. Must be able to work in a fast paced multi tasked environment and foster teamwork with effective communication and leadership.
AS A SUPERVISOR CONFIGURATION SERVICES, YOU WILL:
- Supervise employee performance by providing training, tracking attendance, and monitoring adherence to policies.
- Communicate effectively with the department employees, other operations teams, and management.
- Oversee the assembly, testing, programming, and quality of all products produced within the area.
- Enter and maintain assembly bill of materials using an ERP base system and online resources.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Tech Support on new product or for solutions to technical issues
- Coordinate resources and materials with all other departments to ensure on time delivery of goods.
- Investigate new ideas utilizing lean principles to implement new systems or processes aimed at improving safety, quality, and efficiency

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- High School Diploma
- Two years related manufacturing leadership experience and training.
- Can work with numbers accurately and possess good organizational skills
- Computer skills including Office 365, MS Teams, MS Excel, and working with an ERP system
- Legal work authorization in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Associate’s (AA) degree in Electronics Tecnology or military equivalent Preferred
- Experience in maintaining Bill of Materials
We offer a work life balance to our employees, general working hours for this position are 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime hours are required as needed to meet business needs. Hours may extend to 7:00 am - 5:30 pm through the week with occaisional Saturday overtime hours possible.
