About the role

Oversee administrative duties in the office and ensure office operating smoothly

What You Will Do

• Oversee administrative duties in the office and ensure office is operating smoothly
• Support procurement of non-inventory related items such as office supplies, marketing items, etc.
• Manage letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
• Responsible for business trip and hotel reservation including flight & car booking
• Ensure the workplace conforms to internal guidelines and policies.
• Support and organizing events and meetings internally and externally
• Support other departments for filling documentations
• Additional tasks are to be assigned by reporting manager

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in related any discipline
• At least 3 years of working experience in office assistant, office administrator or in another relevant position
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good command of English & Thai in both verbal and written communication is a plus
• Service-minded personality when communicating in person, inwriting and over the phone
• Can-do and positive attitude
• Detail-oriented and good time management
• Able to work independently and work well under pressure
• Good coordinator with strong organizing, interpersonal skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Able to work in a multicultural environment
• Familiarity with common procedures and basic account principles used in the office
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
