Job description

Supplying a global network of major component manufacturers with transportation equipment, including:

  • Short- and medium-term capacity planning including ensuring on-time delivery to the required location
  • Independent identification and initiation of short-term measures to avert supply bottlenecks
  • Initiation and execution of the return of equipment from construction sites
  • Support of transport and contract logistics service providers
  • Commissioning and support of the suppliers for inspection, maintenance and repair of the equipment as well as support of the equipment manufacturers, if required
  • Support for PM / EPC and service as required
  • Administrative tasks
  • Creation of documents for transports and assistance with the creation of customs documentation
  • Creation of purchase orders and purchase requisitions as well as invoice approval
  • Support and / or management of optimization projects for PM / EPC Logistics and Material Management


Job requirements

What do you need to have? 

  • Commercial or technical training or comparable degree
  • Several years of professional experience, preferably in a comparable position
  • Experience in the manufacturing and / or construction industry is an advantage
  • Technical understanding, especially reading 2D construction drawings
  • Good skills with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of SAP is desirable
  • Fluent knowledge of German and English, knowledge of Spanish is an advantage
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Strong organizational skills and strong interface thinking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with different cultures
