Airswift is searching for a Subsea Equipment and structure engineers on a 12-month renewable assignment to be based in Paris, France with a major oil and gas company.
Brief job overviews
The purpose of this specification is to define the conditions of execution of the services relating to the studies of Subsea Equipment and Structures to be carried out by the SERVICE PROVIDER in the context of multi-projects.
Job responsibilities
The SERVICE PROVIDER will ensure the following tasks:
Design and dimensioning of metal structures, according to oil & gas regulations (AISC and API), in beam elements and / or finite elements.
• Writing of reports and calculation notes
• Follow-up of projectors
Job Qualifications
The studies for which the SERVICE PROVIDER is responsible require the following skills:
• Mastery of the specificities of the calculation of metal structures
• Mastery of the know-how of the Calculation of Metal Structures
• Mastery of applicable Oil & Gas codes (API, AISC, etc ...)
• Knowledge of beam and / or finite element calculation software (SACS, ANSYS,... ).
