Context

Schneider Electric is implementing several actions, think tanks and working groups aiming at developing new products and services offers based on digital capability and channels. The Digital Power LoB is very active with the definition, creation and implementation of a Digitized Services business.

New Cloud Platform (EMCP) is being developed to provide common Architecture, Data model and User Experience  to unify Power Domain Advisor.

The Senior Technical Leader will report to the EcoStruxure Asset Advisor Platform Leader and will work in close collaboration with the Schneider Digital organization especially with the EMCP and A&AI teams.

Responsibilities:

This individual main mission is to deliver software solution that fulfil business requirements. He enables development team to work with quality.

Main responsibilities:

• Design software solution that ensure compliance with function requirements and Cybersecurity policy.  Deliverable: technical specifications
• Lead developers to execute user stories with regards to the plan. Deliverable: Code quality and lead time
• Select technology, framework and define best practices and coding rules. Deliverable: wiki, guidelines, DevOps
• Write technical user stories for the development team. Deliverable: US in DevOps
• Validate user stories/pull requests to ensure it is matching requirements. Deliverable: validation
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies (Planning/Refinement/Retrospective/Review) with scrum master(s)
• Pay special attention to the Analytics management as it is the main value of EAA Service.
