The Role: Service Coordinator – Service Operations department in Field Service Division.

We are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to provide services to our customer. Activities will center on arrangement installation and commissioning services with Schneider Electric engineers, concluding annual service maintenance contract, and arrangement maintenance services in aftersales. We are looking for people with the right mix of talent and agile - with proven self-leadership skills, strong analytical, communication skills, and individuals with the ability to work in a team setting are strongly encouraged to apply.

※Field service consists of the following four departments.

・Service BD which plans services

・Service sales which sell services

・Field engineers which visit our customers

・Service operation which manage and operate services to our customer

What will you do?

        The Service Coordinator will be responsible for providing high quality services to our customer for defined service level agreement.

        This includes contributing to improving customer satisfaction.

•       Find problems in daily service operation processes and improve Kaizen for service business process efficiency.

•        Identify and maintain relationship with all support service partners.

•        contribute to service growth through daily service operation and customer satisfaction.

•        Submit and maintain proper customer records, activities and other required reports and forms.

•        Develop proper relations with relevant departments through constructive dialogue.
