About the opportunity
Cities & Places has a long existing framework with the with one of our key clients predominantly delivering Free Schools as their Technical Advisor. The opportunity is to be a team leader and ‘senior’ Lead Technical Advisor (LTA) within this framework guiding and advising the LTAs within your team and supporting our Framework Manager to ensure delivery excellence.
The Lead Technical Advisor (LTA) is a client facing role responsible for the delivery of School projects (both new build and refurbishments) from inception through to completion, managing and coordinating diverse stakeholder groups. The LTA ensures projects are delivered on time, within budgets, to prescribed standards set out by the client. The LTA will lead on the preparation of feasibility studies, procurement processes, construction phase, Government Soft Landings and handovers, securing Client approval at each strategic gateway. Effective communication skills are essential to build trust at all levels, secure shared objectives for the successful delivery of each school.
The Team Leader and Senior Lead Technical Advisor is to provide exemplar delivery of the Client framework in support of the Framework Manager within Cities & Places. They are one of three delivery team leads reporting to the framework manger. This is a key leadership role within the Client framework responsible for the project delivery process across their LTA team the candidate plays a crucial role in ensuring that we delight our client and their stakeholders whilst delivering the agreed commercial return for the Company through flawless project execution and delivery across our portfolio of projects.
